What’s new in contract lifecycle management?

Customize the columns included in your saved reports

Add and reorder relevant columns when building a saved report to surface critical information like an agreement’s ARR or contract term. The saved columns and filters are automatically applied any time the report is run.

Automatically assign tasks to agreement authors for more flexible agreement workflows

You can now assign tasks to the "Agreement Author” during template configuration for more flexible agreement workflows. Upon agreement creation, the task will be automatically assigned to the author — whoever created or requested the agreement.

Filter agreement page by active tasks

Quickly see which agreements require your attention. Want to see which agreements have outstanding tasks assigned to you or other members of your team? Select whose active tasks you want to filter by and your agreement page will update accordingly.

New updates to Salesforce Finalize

Enjoy a simplified column layout in your Agreement List component. We’ve made several small UI updates to make your column layouts more configurable and useful than ever before.
Agreement Owner data is now recorded on the Finalize Agreement object and can be used for native Salesforce reporting. Data points include Agreement Owner Name and Agreement Owner SFDC ID.
