We're building on the foundation of the LinkSquares Agentic Platform with a set of updates that make the platform more connected, more configurable, and easier to work in day to day. From an expanded set of public APIs to new ways of capturing context and structuring your data, here's what's new in August.
Building on July's foundational API release, August expands capabilities with 24 new endpoints, providing customers with comprehensive programmatic access across the LinkSquares Agentic Platform. While the initial July release focused on data retrieval, this update empowers users to drive workflows and execute actions directly outside the platform.
Key benefits:
This expanded set of endpoints transforms off-platform work from viewing to acting, allowing you to get work done, regardless of where you are.
Public APIs are available for all LinkSquares Agentic Platform customers.
You can now add comments directly on an agreement within the Agentic Platform, giving your team a clear, author-attributed record of context and decisions as a contract moves through its lifecycle.
Key benefits:
Comments make it easy to capture the "why" behind a decision, a redline, or a status change, so anyone reviewing the agreement later has the full picture without digging through email threads or Slack messages. You now have full context and auditability within your legal request.
Workflow assignment now understands groups and roles, not just individual people, so a step can route to a team like Security or Finance rather than to one named person.
Key benefits:
People come and go, but departments don’t. By assigning groups to workflows, business doesn’t stop just because someone left the company.
Value Manager now supports two new custom term types: List (single-select) and Multi-list (multi-select), giving you more structured ways to capture and organize agreement metadata.
Key benefits:
Governed, structured metadata like department, risk flags, or products/services means your search and reporting stays accurate and consistent, rather than relying on free-text fields that can drift over time.
Admins can now see exactly who is the primary administrator and reassign it to a different user within user management.
Key benefits:
The Default Administrator plays an important behind-the-scenes role, acting as the fallback owner for reassigned agreements, tasks, and templates, and as the default recipient for certain system notifications. Previously, identifying that person meant manually scanning the Manage Users list for the oldest active Administrator. Now it's visible and configurable at a glance.
