Written by LinkSquares Team | Jan 2, 2025 3:17:39 PM

As we approach 2025, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the incredible strides we’ve made this past year. Whether you’ve been with us every step of the way or are just catching up, this retrospective is a celebration of how far we’ve come—together. Let’s dive into some of our favorite features from 2024.

What’s new in contract lifecycle management?

AI across the LinkSquares Cloud

Whether it's your first time viewing an agreement or you’re working with 3rd party paper, get quick insight into your in-flight and executed agreements with AI-generated summaries. The AI will read the agreement for you, summarize its content, and surface key points.

And when it’s time to negotiate, work quickly and consistently with AI-Assisted Redlining. Simply outline your preferred positions or language for the AI to flag and the AI will review flagged deviations and propose redlines.

Standardize party names across your repository with the LinkSquares Party Library

Is your repository cluttered with multiple versions of the same party name? Clean up your repository with the LinkSquares Party Library. Select your preferred Party name and merge any variations, and your repository will automatically update metadata in all associated agreements.

Curate dashboards to your data to see just the information you need with Themed Dashboards

Bring your agreement reporting beyond out-of-the-box functionality without starting from scratch. Choose from a selection of themed dashboards for tailored visualizations that make analysis a breeze. With more granularity into your workflows, you’ll have the insight you need to identify process improvements, close more deals, and audit your contracts at a moment’s notice.

What’s new in legal project management?

Automate task creation, ensuring a seamless, repeatable process each and every time

Templates enable you to tailor form questions to collect the exact information you need from the start. They can also be programmed with subtasks, attachments, and assigned team members, all of which automatically populate when a task is created.

Unsure of what steps to include in your template? Leverage AI to generate suggested subtasks, streamlining your workflows with ease and efficiency.

Easily ingest tasks from across the business.

  • Tasks created via email: Just send an email to your unique Prioritize email address and voilà the request lands on your Prioritize board without clogging up your inbox!
  • Prioritize Slack Integration: Generate requests using Slack shortcuts or straight from the LinkSquares Slack app. Requesters fill out the Prioritize intake form and will receive a notification when the task has been submitted - simple as that. Legal can then see the task in Prioritize to start on the request.

Thanks for a great year! Check out all of the other amazing milestones we accomplished together in the LinkSquares 2024 in Review post.
