• Pre-Signature Risk Detection: With a single click, the Risk Scoring Agent scans in-flight contracts in Finalize to deliver a risk score out of 100, highlighting the top risks and offering detailed reports. Track changes across versions to show progress and reduce risks before signing.
• Post-Signature Monitoring: Automatically assess your legacy contracts for hidden liabilities and obligations. Get insights ahead of renewals and stay proactive in mitigating risks.

Private Label Emails: Customize email notifications sent to your counterparty

Build trust, boost engagement, and deliver a seamless customer experience, with emails sent from your own branded domain. Private Label Emails in Finalize allow you to send emails that appear to come from your email domain, rather than LinkSquares. It includes:

• Custom Sending Domains: Send emails directly from your own domain (e.g., user@yourdomain.com) to enhance credibility and professionalism.
• Branded Email Headers: Ensure every email reflects your brand identity, improving deliverability and customer recognition.

Pre-signature Tags on Templates: Automatically add tags to in-flight agreements

Add tags during drafting and review to categorize and track your agreements. Automatically assign tags to new agreements based on the template used or conditional logic. Tags will push alongside the completed agreement into Analyze for easy search and reporting.

Coming Soon: A Sneak Peek at Restated Agreements

We're also excited to give you a glimpse into the future with a major upcoming feature: Restated Agreements. Managing a core contract along with its many amendments and related documents can be a headache. Restated Agreements will solve this by using AI to automatically link related agreements, and then identify and consolidate all parts of a complex contract relationship.

This will create a single, persistent, and living view of your agreement that dynamically updates as new amendments are executed. You'll have a clear, consolidated document that reflects the current state of your contractual obligations without the manual lift from your end. And if you  have our Risk Scoring feature, it will now work across the restated agreement view, providing a comprehensive analysis of your risk exposure on the active agreement language. 

This feature is currently in Beta, with release targeting January 15, 2026.
