Personalize your Smart Value display to surface terms relevant to you
With over 113 Smart Values in LinkSquares Analyze, finding the information you need can be overwhelming. Long lists of Smart Values that are listed alphabetically result in searching and scrolling for frequently used terms and dates.
Now, you can create a personalized display of terms for your agreements so you can order (or even hide) your Smart Values the way you want. Save personalized views for yourself to use in the future, while other members in your workspace create their own displays.

Hone in on survivability obligations in your contracts with three new Smart Values
At times/oftentimes you and your team will need to continue to observe contract provisions after a contract is terminated. To help you quickly find these terms and reduce risk we’ve created three new Smart Values:

Survival or Post Termination Obligations Term - The language describing the term for obligations that will still be in effect after the contract terminates.

Survival or Post Termination Obligations Term (months) -The time period for obligations that will still be in effect after the contract terminates.

Survival or Post Termination Obligations Term (Evergreen) - Does the term for obligations that will still be in effect after the contract terminates continue indefinitely? (True or False)
