Automatically add tags to in-flight agreements

Add tags during drafting and review to categorize and track your agreements. Automatically assign tags to new agreements based on the template used or conditional logic. Tags will push alongside the completed agreement into Analyze for easy search and reporting.

Apply a “Draft” watermark to agreements under review

Admins can enable watermarking for agreements in internal or counterparty review. When previewed or downloaded, agreements will display a “Draft” watermark. This will only apply to PDF file types.

Modify the agreement type for your in-flight agreements

Admins and agreement owners can modify the Agreement Type of an in-flight agreement. Updates can be made from the agreement details page any time before the agreement is executed (in the Fully Signed or Done status).

Control which user roles can preview agreements, ensuring proper review processes are followed.

New updates to Salesforce Analyze 

Keep associated records together by automatically linking Analyze agreements to Salesforce Accounts, Opportunities, or other custom objects.
