Say goodbye to the hassle of manually placing signature fields! With new Sign signature tokens, effortlessly assign fields based on pre-set template fields. These tokens determine exactly where signature boxes will appear, automatically inserting signature data when creating agreements. With fewer clicks, you can send documents out for signature faster than ever before.

Admins can now restrict specific roles from uploading new versions to agreements already in “Ready for Signature” status. Users with restricted roles are automatically limited to uploading only to review statuses, ensuring smoother workflows and better document management.

Automatically attach DocuSign certificate to agreements

When an agreement is fully signed using the Finalize DocuSign integration, the Certificate of Completion (CoC) will now automatically be added as an attachment in Finalize. No more manual searching—access your CoC instantly for audits and compliance, making your workflows faster and more efficient.
