Rebuilt Smart OCR

We've rebuilt our Smart OCR engine to deliver faster, more accurate document understanding across scanned agreements and image-based contracts. Purpose-built for legal documents, the new engine better preserves document structure, improves text recognition, and extracts contract data with greater accuracy, helping turn previously unsearchable files into reliable, actionable contract intelligence.

Email Intake

Business users can now kick off structured contract workflows simply by sending an email with an agreement attached. LinkSquares automatically captures the request, extracts key contract information, completes the appropriate intake fields, and routes the request through the right workflow and approvals.

Public APIs

The first public REST APIs have launched for the LinkSquares Agentic Platform, focused on surfacing key information that moves the business forward. Teams can now search library content, retrieve documents and related agreements, access contract requests, and pull user information into the systems the business already uses.

Improved Word Add-In

LinkSquares and Microsoft Word now work in sync, making contract review, redlining, and collaboration more seamless than ever. Agreements opened with Word from LinkSquares now stay connected to their originating contract request, allowing users to save new versions, compare changes, add comments, and share requests directly from Word without manually downloading and re-uploading.

• Save new agreement versions directly from Word back to LinkSquares
• Compare versions, add comments, and share the request directly from Word

Smart Renaming

Smart Renaming makes it easier to keep your contract repository organized by automatically applying consistent, descriptive file names based on agreement metadata. Admins can create custom naming conventions using details like agreement type, effective date, parties, and document title, then automatically apply them to new uploads or existing agreements.
