Sections & Multi-Token Display: Goodbye, Endless Scrolling

Clutter is the enemy of productivity. We’ve introduced sections & multi-token displays to bring a new level of organization to your agreement creation process. This feature allows you to group related token questions under clear headers.

For your users, this means a cleaner, more intuitive experience. For you, it means simpler setup and easier maintenance of your conditional logic. It’s a win-win for clarity and speed.

Dynamic Language with Multi-Selects: Contracts that Adapt on the Fly

Your agreements should be living documents, not rigid templates. Dynamic Language with multi-selects brings this principle to life. Now, the language within your contract can automatically update, or even disappear, based on the options chosen or not chosen in a multi-select question.

Draft and Resume: Never Lose Your Work Again

Interruptions happen, we get it. Now, start filling out a Finalize workflow, save it as a new “draft” status, and return to finish it later, ensuring progress is always saved so you can pick up where you left off.

Additionally, Admins have the power to access and complete any draft workflow started by anyone on the team. If a team member is out of the office or needs a hand, an admin can step in seamlessly to complete the request and keep things moving.

Shareable Links: Instant Access, No Searching Required

Shareable links provide a direct path to launching your Finalize workflows. You can now generate a static, permanent link for any template and publish it wherever your team works, on an intranet page, in a Slack channel, or in a team wiki.

When a user clicks the link, they are taken directly to the agreement creation wizard for that specific template after a quick authentication. This eliminates guesswork, saves time, and ensures your team always uses the most current and correct version of a template.

Coming Soon: A Sneak Peek at Restated Agreements

We're also excited to give you a glimpse into the future with a major upcoming feature: Restated Agreements. Managing a core contract along with its many amendments and related documents can be a headache. Restated Agreements will solve this by using AI to automatically link related agreements, and then identify and consolidate all parts of a complex contract relationship.

This will create a single, persistent, and living view of your agreement that dynamically updates as new amendments are executed. You'll have a clear, consolidated document that reflects the current state of your contractual obligations without the manual lift from your end. And if you  have our Risk Scoring feature, it will now work across the restated agreement view, providing a comprehensive analysis of your risk exposure on the active agreement language. 

This feature is currently in Beta, with an anticipated release targeting the end of 2025 or beginning of January.
