What’s new in contract lifecycle management?
AI Summaries in Analyze & Finalize
Speed up contract review and analysis with new generative AI features in both Analyze and Finalize! Whether it's your first time viewing an agreement or you’re working with 3rd party paper, get quick insight into your in-flight and executed agreements with AI-generated summaries. The AI will read the agreement for you, summarize its content, and surface key points.

Control who can send agreements out for signature with LinkSquares Sign with the Member Role & Permissions
The LinkSquares Sign App allows you to bypass Finalize and send boilerplate agreements for signature directly from LinkSquares Sign. You can now remove a user’s access to the LinkSquares Sign App to ensure team members can only send approved agreements in Finalize. Or remove access to LinkSquares Sign completely by changing a team member’s Sign User Role in your settings. Sign Member Role & Permissions: now available in LinkSquares Sign
Done Status Permissions in Finalize
Control which user roles can mark an agreement as “Done” in Finalize to avoid team members erroneously marking an agreement as “Done”.
