October brought new ways to work smarter with LinkSquares. Agentic expanded into the tools teams use every day with the new LinkSquares connector for Claude, Slack notifications, and an enhanced user experience. For Classic customers, an improvement to Finalize streamlines the signature process by automatically sending approved agreements for signature. We’re excited to share improvements we made in October to move contract work forward, before and after the contract is signed. ## **Agentic Platform** ## **The LinkSquares Connector for Claude** **Draft agreements, manage legal requests, and search your contract repository, all without leaving Claude.** LinkSquares is now available within the Claude connectors directory, bringing LinkSquares' agentic contract intelligence and execution capabilities directly into Claude. From a Claude chat, users can search the contract repository, draft agreements from your organization's standard templates, and create, view, act on, and comment on legal requests, all while maintaining their LinkSquares permissions. Try asking Claude: - "Search my contracts for any agreements with auto-renewal clauses expiring this quarter." - "Help me draft an NDA." - "Show me the open legal requests assigned to me." **Why it matters:** Business users work within Claude while Legal works in LinkSquares. Connecting these two systems empowers teams to get their work done in their system of choice without losing control or wasting time. A simpler way to navigate LinkSquares.** We've refreshed the LinkSquares Agentic Platform navigation to make everyday tasks easier to access and platform settings simpler to manage. With a more organized workspace, users can spend less time figuring out where to go and more time getting work done. Here's what's changed: - **Settings, all in one place:** A new Settings menu brings together account preferences, user management, platform configuration, and organization settings. Admins can now find workflows, templates, clauses, rules, and other configuration tools in one dedicated area. - **Start requests faster:** The updated **New Request** menu includes a searchable workflow list, making it easier to find and launch the right process, especially for teams managing multiple workflows. - **Find contract information more easily:** Library now brings together Drives, Search and Report, and Key Dates, keeping contract content and post-signature activities in one place. - **Navigate work and AI more intuitively:** My Work now opens to All Work for a broader view of accessible team activity, while prompts have moved into LinkAI alongside chats. **Why it matters:** Whether you're managing platform configuration, launching a workflow, or searching for contract information, the updated navigation helps you get where you need to go with fewer distractions. The updated navigation is available today for all Agentic Platform customers. No content, settings, or permissions have changed, and existing links and bookmarks continue to work. Simply enable Slack notifications in your My Account settings and you will be notified via Slack whenever: 1\. A workflow triggers the “Send a Notification” step. 2\. Requesters provide only the recipient details that are not already saved in the template. When the agreement reaches Ready for Signature, LinkSquares Sign sends it to the right people automatically, tracks signature progress, and captures the executed agreement and audit trail. **Why it matters:** Approved agreements stop sitting in limbo waiting for someone to click Send, ensuring pre-approved, high-volume agreements are completed without the need for human intervention.
