This quarter marked a major milestone for LinkSquares and CLM as a whole with the launch of the LinkSquares Agentic Platform, the first agentic CLM platform designed to help legal teams move beyond simply managing contracts to actively accelerating business outcomes.
Whether you're drafting agreements, researching contract obligations, answering business questions, or uncovering insights across your contracts, the LinkSquares Agentic Platform helps businesses move in agreement, and we’re incredibly excited for our customers to reap the benefits.
Legal teams are expected to review agreements quickly without sacrificing accuracy, consistency, or control. The AI Legal Assistant helps teams move faster by reviewing contracts, applying edits, answering legal questions, and explaining every recommendation, all within a single workflow.
Key benefits include:
Whether you're reviewing a third-party agreement, generating language, or researching a legal question, the AI Legal Assistant helps legal teams move faster while keeping every decision transparent and verifiable.
The AI Legal Assistant is available within the LinkSquares Platform as well as our Microsoft Word Add-In.
Contracts contain critical business information, but too often that information is buried in PDFs, scattered across systems, and difficult to access when stakeholders need answers. Contract Intelligence transforms your contract repository into an accessible source of business intelligence, helping teams search, understand, and act on every contract in seconds.
Key benefits include:
Whether you're responding to a business request, preparing for a renewal, reviewing obligations, or investigating risk across multiple agreements, Contract Intelligence helps your team spend less time chasing contracts and more time using them.
Beneath our core capabilities lives our operational layer. This is where the work gets done throughout the contract lifecycle.
The LinkSquares Agentic Platform brings every agreement, at every stage, into one clear, governed home. AI built for contracts with no search party required. Request a demo today.
While the launch of the LinkSquares Agentic Platform represented a major step forward, we also continued investing in the tools customers rely on every day within Finalize and Analyze. This quarter's enhancements focused on reducing administrative work, improving visibility, and helping teams move agreements through the contract lifecycle more efficiently.
Understanding the financial impact of agreements has often required manual calculations, spreadsheet tracking, or separate reporting processes. Total Contract Value automatically captures the full economic value of an agreement, making it easier to understand contractual commitments across your portfolio.
Note: This is for customers with Restated Agreements activated within their LinkSquares instance.
Important for existing customers: If you already use a custom field for Total Contract Value, LinkSquares will automatically leverage that existing field. The AI-extracted value will populate behind the scenes while your pre-defined value continues to display, consistent with existing Smart Value precedence rules. For customers without an existing Total Contract Value field, LinkSquares will automatically create one.
Previously approvers have not had the option to reject a task within LinkSquares Finalize. With Approval Task Rejections with Comments, approvers can now reject a request and provide context behind that rejection, cleaning out open requests and maintaining communication within Finalize, rather than having to navigate to chat, email, or CRM.
Switching between systems slows contract creation and interrupts drafting workflows. By creating agreements directly from the Word Add-In, users can create and launch new agreements directly from Microsoft Word and sync those agreements back to Finalize.
*This will launch in early July. Contact your Customer Success Manager to learn more.
As agreements evolve through amendments, restatements, and related documents, understanding how contracts connect can become increasingly complex. This quarter, we've enhanced Restated Agreements to provide greater visibility into agreement relationships and more precise organization across corporate entities.
Key benefits include:
Creating automated workflows has often required duplicate configuration across templates, increasing administrative overhead and making ongoing maintenance difficult.
Dynamic Tasks & Tags from Tokens eliminates unnecessary duplication by allowing tasks and tags to work directly from token values. Now you can configure once and automate across every agreement, reducing intake complexity and accelerating workflows.
Managing contract data across systems should not require constant manual updates. Single-Select Mapped Terms now keep Analyze and Finalize aligned automatically, ensuring template options stay current as your contract data evolves.
We've added two new review statuses in Finalize: Business Review and Legal Review, making it easier to understand where the agreement is within the review cycle.
